Part Time Position (minimum 30 hours/week for 16 weeks) Work week: Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 3pm (days are fixed, hours may be flexible).  Start May 15, 2023 to September 3, 2023.  Wage: $18.00-$20.00 depending on experience. Must be between 15-30.
 
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
 

• Reliable, friendly, self motivated, organized, desire to learn.  Knowledge of Agur Lake Camp Society.

 
Job Description:
 

• office administration
• customer service – greet guests, help answer questions & accept entrance fee
• assist with two summer projects: scan newspaper clippings, digitize & organize chronologically; organize existing photographs chronologically into binders
• assist with social media posts; help to brainstorm & create interesting posts
• help with event planning tasks
• participate at events
• filing
• will be trained to cover Agur Lake Camp office
• various tasks that arise

 
Helpful Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
 

• Good interpersonal communication skills: friendly phone manner and comfortable working with the public.
• Comfortable with welcoming guests and providing information to visitors of the museum.
• Comfortable handing money or using payment processing equipment.
• Experience using scanner, computer & other office equipment.
• Knowledge of Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Mailchimp, Google Workspace & Gmail.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Work independently and with others.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience working with the public.
