This event was presented by
The winners of the Brutus Truck Bodies Helicopter Ball Drop have been announced. The event was held in support of the Agur Lake Camp Society. 1st place $2500 winner is Gordon Fisher, 2nd place $1000 winner is Dorthea Atwater, and 3rd place $500 winner is Vic Sprancis.
The event was held at the Summerland Golf Club on Thanksgiving Day, which gave our winners an extra reason to be thankful! Agur Lake Camp is also very thankful, as over $7000.00 was raised to operate this amazing facility located just west of Summerland. Agur Lake Camp Society is a non profit organization that operates BC’s only wheelchair accessible, barrier free campground. Thanks to all the volunteers and to everyone who purchased a ticket to support this event. Thanks as well to the other sponsors of this event, Peters Bros Construction Ltd., Topflight Helicopters, Bell Media and Shaughnessy’s Cove Restaurant. |
