Check in is 3:00pm | Check out is at 11:00 am – no late check outs! These times are strictly adhered to for cleaning & disinfecting protocols to be performed.

Cleaning/Damage
Cleaning supplies are provided. Please return your cabin to the clean condition in which you found it at the time of check in. In the event your cabin is not returned to the same condition found at check in, your credit card may be charged $100 for housekeeping to clean it. Guests are responsible for the cost of any missing or damaged items and may be charged accordingly upon check out. If you notice damage in your room upon checking in, please notify the staff. Any unreported, previous damages may cause additional charges to current guests.

Every guest must have a vehicle available at the camp to transport them in the event of an evacuation. The caretakers are not responsible for removing guests from the property in their personal vehicle.

**AGUR LAKE CAMP GUEST RISK AGREEMENT/TERMS & CONDITIONS**

All wilderness experiences, including camping at Agur Lake Camp (ALC) have its associated and inherent dangers, risks and hazards. I/We choose to participate in a wilderness camping experience because of its remoteness, serenity and natural aspects and know that there are physical risks and hazards inherent in wilderness walking/hiking trails, riparian/wetlands and aquatic environments, forested and grassland settings and using camping amenities such as outdoor toilets, campfires and recreational areas.

These include but are not limited to:

Muscular and other physical injuries resulting from vigorous and unconventional physical exertion required to traverse uneven ground, trails, boardwalks, forested and natural areas;
Exposure to elements including changing climatic conditions, insects, pests, pollens, dust, wildlife and rangeland animals;
All aspects of recreation within and around aquatic environments;
Additional risks associated with my travel to and from this remote wilderness site on gravelled, active forestry roads where logging trucks are present;
Risk of wildfire Mandatory supervision and assistance I/We understand that it is mandatory that all children, persons with special needs or infirm adults be accompanied by an adult, guardian or qualified care-giver while experiencing the natural aspects of Agur Lake Camp including remote trails, water’s edge and open fire pit.

Further, I/we understand that by not undertaking this mandatory requirement, I/we expose ourselves to a much greater risk of injury to our party members and others. Responsibility for self I/We agree to be responsible for our party and its individual members and participate voluntarily as a camping guest at ALC. I/We agree that there are risks and hazards associated with camping in a wilderness setting.

By participating as a guest I/we may be exposed to these risks and hazards; I/we agree to accept them and be responsible for any injury or loss I/we may sustain while participating as a camping guest at ALC. Should I/we sustain a loss or injury, I/we release the ALC from any claims, demands, actions and costs which might arise out of my/our travel and stay at ALC. In this Agreement, I/we understand ALC to mean the owners/operators of the camp and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers and members. Acknowledgement of Agreement

This is a legal agreement. It is binding upon me and party members as well as upon my/their heirs, executors and representatives.

How did you hear about Agur Lake Camp? *

We have a power scooter & power wheelchair available for guests who need a little extra help getting around the camp. Please indicate in the space provided if you wish to reserve one of these. Would you like to reserve the following during your stay? (The equipment is available on a first come, first serve basis. If equipment is already reserved, the office will let you know). *

Submit Reservation Form

Once you have submitted your Reservation Form, the camp office will reply to you via email within 1-2 business days to confirm your reservation. You will also receive the Welcome Campers letter and an invoice for your stay along with payment instructions.
