Please note that reservations are taken for May 17 - September 23 only | Reservations for 2025 and 2026 can now be submitted.

Minimum night stay of two nights in cabins & RV spots; Minimum three nights stay on long weekends in cabins & RV spots.

Deposit
A $100 non refundable deposit is required on each cabin reservation in order to secure your reservations. This deposit will be deducted from your amount owing at the time of full payment.

Payment
Must be made IN FULL within 2 weeks (14 days) of your check in date. CREDIT CARD, CASH & E-Transfer accepted.

Cancellation
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned, that is why we offer a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation 14 days in advance of your check in date. With less than 14 days cancellation, we offer a 50% refund. Please note all refunds will be sent via e-transfer to your chosen email.

Power scooter and power wheelchair rental is $10 per day. Please indicate in the space provided if you wish to reserve one of these. (The equipment is available on a first come, first serve basis. If equipment is already reserved, the office will let you know). Fees will be added to final invoice. *

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/WAIVER FORM

We are delighted that you have chosen to visit Agur Lake Camp. We will make all reasonable effort to ensure an enjoyable, safe, and meaningful experience. Our camp is situated in a remote wilderness setting and subject to the associated risks.

Upon arrival, I will check in at the camp office and provide the names of all guests and visitors during my stay to assist camp operators in the unlikely event of a camp emergency or evacuation.
I am aware that the camp is located in a wilderness setting with the various risks found in such settings. Some, but not all include; access via a rural gravel road, a lake, riparian wetlands, wildlife, insects, weather and uneven paths.
I am fully aware of the above risks and accept them as part of the experience.
I agree that this agreement is to be interpreted in the Province of British Columbia, Canada in accordance with those laws.
A parent, legal guardian or caregiver will undertake signing responsibility on behalf of the child/ward/adult when/where applicable.

I OR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN/CAREGIVER OF CHILDREN/WARD/ADULT HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT AND I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, ASSIGNS AND REPRESENTATIVES MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEE.

Submit Reservation Form

Once you have submitted your Reservation Form, the office will contact you via email within 1-2 business days to confirm your reservation and collect the booking deposit.

Prior to your reservation you will receive a final invoice with payment instructions. Once this is paid, you will receive the Welcome Campers letter and you will be all set to camp at Agur Lake Camp!
